DHS Assam Recruitment 2020 - 50(fifty) Driver & Grade IV Vacancy

Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam has published an advt. notification for the recruitment of 50(fifty) Driver & Grade IV Vacancy in newly held districts of Assam South Salmara, Mankachar, Majuli, Charaideo, Hojai & Biswanath.

Recruitment Details:

1. Driver
No of posts: 20

Educational Qualification: Applicant/candidate must read up to Class-X & must have valid four-wheeler driving license (LMV) issued by the District Transport Authority, Government of Assam.
Pay: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- + Grade Pay Rs.5,200/- per month.

2. Grade-IV
No of posts: 30
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII passed
Pay: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- + Grade Pay Rs.3,900/- per month

Age Limit:

Candidate should not less than 18(eighteen) years & not more than 40(forty) years of age as on 01st of January.2020. The upper age limit in relax-able for 03(three) years for OBC(Other Backward Classes) & 05(five) years for SC(Schedule Castes)/ STP(Schedule Tribes Plain area)/ STH(Schedule Tribes Hill area) only.

Application Fee: No fee is required to be paid.

Interested eligible candidates have to fill up the online Application Forms available at the official website of the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam (https://dhs.assam.gov.in/) from 07th of December.2020 to 16th of December.2020.

The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification & photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted:

a. 02 (two) copies  self-attested of recent passport size color photograph.
b. Birth Certificate for age proof.
c. Class VIII passed certificate.
d. Caste certificate (wherever applicable).
e. Permanent resident ship certificate(PRC)/Domicile certificate (if any).
f. Person with Disability(PWD) Certificate/Differently Able Certificate (if any).
g. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
h. Economically Weaker (EWS) Certificate (wherever applicable).
i. Valid Driving License Certificate (wherever applicable).
