Educational Qualification: 

Selection procedure & Educational Qualification as per Government Office Memorandum  No. AHE.407/2017/54 dated Dispur, the 25th Nov, 2020 & DHE’s(Directorate of Higher Education) Letter No. DHE/PA/Order/16/2016/168 dated 26th Nov 2020 with NET(National Eligibility Test)/ SLET(State level eligibility test)/ SET(state eligibility test) as mandatory eligibility conditions. Candidates having PhD(Doctor of phislosophy) degree in accordance with the UGC(University Grant Commission) (min. standard & procedure for award of PhD(Doctor of Philosophy) degree) Regulation 2009 shall be exempted from NET(National Eligibility Test)/ SLET(State level eligibility test)/ SET(state eligibility test).

The applicants must have to acquire their qualifications latest by the last date of submission of their applications forms. Other eligibility like MPhil(Master of Philosophy) /PhD(Doctor of Philosophy)/ Seminar Papers / Publications can be acquired & may be submitted on the date of interview & not beyond.
 

Age Limit: 

The age of the candidate should not be more than 38(Thirty eight) years as on 01st of January.2020 with relaxation as per Government rules.

Pay: As per UGC(University Grant Commission) pay scale of Rs. 57700/- upto 182400/- with other allowances as per the rule of Assam Govt.
