Eligibility Criteria:
Resident-ship:

The Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(i) The candidate must produce PRC(permanent resident certificate) issued in Assam for educational purpose. Or
(ii) The Applicant must have to produce a valid Employment Exchange, Registration Certificate in the State of Assam along with the application form.

Educational Qualification:

A Degree in Arts/Science or Commerce of a University recognized by the Government of Assam or H.S.S.L.C with 3(three) years Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute of Government of Assam/ Government of India & also duly recognized by AICTE.

Age:

The candidates age in betwen 21 - 38 years  as on 01/01/2020. The upper age limit is relaxable as follow :
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years
