Registration for Covid-19 Vaccine 

In view of unprecedented Covid-19 surge, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India has decided to vaccinate all Indian citizens from age 18 to 44 years. That's why, the registration for vaccination against Covid-19 for all 18+ years began Yesterday (April 28) at 4 p.m. on the Co-WIN portal & Aarogya Setu App.

 

Details for Covid-19 Vaccine Registration -

Eligibility:

    All Indian citizens

    Age: Above 18 years people

    People should have anyone of these following documents- PAN card, Aadhaar card, Driving License,      Passport,  Pension Passbook, NPR Smart Card, Voter ID Card (EPIC)

 

    Mobile Number: For Covid-19 Vaccine Registration people should have a active mobile number.

    Vaccination is free at govt. hospitals and charged INR 250 in Private Hospitals for citizens aged 45 years and above. This will cease to exist from 01-05-2021 & even those above the age of 45 years will have to pay at private facilities that cost fixed by private hospital.

States will announce the policy relating to payment for people of age between 18-44 years. Govt. of Assam has announced that at Govt. centres they will offer it for free.

But at private vaccination sites, the cost will be decided by the private hospitals and you can see the price of each vaccine at the time of booking.

Process For Covid-19 Vaccine Registration-

1. Open the link - https://www.cowin.gov.in/home

2. Click on - Register/Sign Yourself

3. Put an active phone number.

4. Click on - Get OTP.

5. Enter the OTP.

6. Click on- Verify & Proceed.

7. Enter the details (Your Name, Gender, Year of Birth).

8. Click on - Registration

9. Click on - Shedule 

10. Search for vaccine centres.

11. Select the centre & date & time & click on - Confirm

You can add 4 members against 1 Phone number.
